On 9th December, WCB held a second this year meeting of the Congress Ambassador Club. Ambassador Club Program is designed to identify and support representatives of the scientific and academic communities  responsible for the organization of conferences and congresses in Warsaw, and to support them in their strive to conduct international meetings in tha capital of Poland. Previous meeting was held in April at the Copernicus Science Centre - a modern exhibition and scientific place. This time we invited our guests to the Olympic Center - one of the most modern and most interesting places to host a conference in Warsaw.

Warsaw Convention Bureau team has once again published a catalogue "WARSAW CONFERENCE & GALA DINNER VENUES." This time in our catalogue, in printed version, we only present venues located in Warsaw. We also attached CD`s with its electronic version to the catalogue, which included both venues located in Warsaw as well as in the vicinity.

WCB had the pleasure to invite its guests to the DorumArt Gallery located in ‘Koneser’ old vodka factory in Praga district for a meeting of Warsaw Convention Bureau Partnership Programme on November 24th.

Warsaw has been officially announced as a new destination for the series of interdisciplinary scientific conferences. After the positive evaluation of the first 5 meetings in 2012 Warsaw will be hosting the following symposiums for another 5 years. The chosen venue is Dom Polonii in Pultusk, near Warsaw.

From 17th to 18th June VI FilmAT - Film, Art & Tourism Festival took place in Warsaw. It is the continuation of the International Tourfilm Festival and its main objective is selecting the best tourfilm productions produced in every part of the world.

On 10-13 May 2011 the Convention Bureau of Poland, with local support from the Kraków Convention Bureau and the Warsaw Convention Bureau, organised a study visit for French organisers of meetings and business events, representing Agency Partners and Natno Event Specialists.
